According to a report from the New York Daily News, Cuba Gooding Junior has been accused of sexual harassment by another 5 women. The star is currently in the middle of a sexual assault trial that insiders claimed he was likely to beat.
Gooding Junior was scheduled to be arraigned on the 15th of October, Tuesday, today, for supposedly touching two women, one of which was a 29-year-old woman. Earlier this year, the woman accused Cuba of squeezing her breasts on the 9th of June, 2019, while at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in New York City.
The woman said to authorities that Gooding was extremely drunk at the time of the altercation, claiming additionally that she and Cuba got into a heated verbal argument shortly thereafter. Last week, he was charged with two misdemeanors, including sexual abuse in the third degree.
The star pled not guilty to all charges, the other one being “forcible touching.” The three new women detailed their stories of abuse regarding Cuba Gooding Junior as well, with all three of their stories being quite similar to the first accuser. Moreover, some of these accusations go back 10 years.

One of the incidents reportedly took place inside a restaurant. The actor’s lawyer, Mark Heller, said in his statement that the new allegations are “baseless,” adding that there is no evidence of any of the altercations in question.
Moreover, he added that if there was any evidence, it already “would’ve been submitted to the grand jury.” Heller added that the new accusations would not result in a conviction. As it was previously reported, the actor turned himself into the authorities in New York City back in June and was later released.
Thus far, People Magazine reported the new stories of abuse as going uninvestigated and not resulting in further charges either.

Earlier this year, grainy footage obtained by the entertainment news outlet, TMZ, showed a video of Cuba Gooding Junior sitting beside his girlfriend and supposedly touching the first accuser’s breast. However, due to the quality of the footage, it was hard to tell what actually occurred.
